At Kuat Racks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
